G'day Bee, I may need to be corrected by someone but I'm not convinced about the belt. It's a toothed affair that pretty well sits in corresponding grooves on the pulleys. If it is "slipping" then the belt must be worn flat! and boy howdy the engine would die! because all the valve timings would be going out of kilter. Those belts don't wear flat, they are darn good rubber. OK it's probably not a bad idea to get your belt done now (at 120000) but it may not solve the problem. Give Alan a call at Bleam Chrysler Gold Coast and he will definitely know what your codes and rough running problem is and if you need parts from him, he will help as well.
Happy Cruisin' (stick with us guys).

They can stretch and even jump a tooth.
The tensioner could be faulty or not tight enough.
It does happen, my last one jump a tooth on startup.
It still ran and was drivable but ran rough at idle.
Acceleration was normal and didn't do any real damage.
It was adjusted within two days and still going strong after two years.
And it was an aftermarket one but it happens with genuine as well.

Gee that must be frustrating for you. Pity you can't get somebody with some more experience to go through it for you!
Don't forget I left a message earlier suggesting to have a conversation with some contacts we provided.
You would need to tell them what has been done so far so they could further diagnose it.
I bet it'll be a simple fix in the end with something being overlooked!
