Hi people
Would a chrysler dealer have access to more computer codes than the average run of the mill auto electrician? am having problems with error codes that do not make sense. Thanks in advance for your help.

Short answer, no.
The scan tool that every mechanic and sparky uses and codes meaning is the same for basically every car.
The system was designed by Bosch and is used or copied by everybody.

Have a look here- www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/
A dealer won't be able to help you any better........

Is your battery in good condition? I have read numerous reports of people who had error codes that were puzzling that went away with a new battery,

Just going back through your posts
Your fist comment, you are getting error codes that don't make sense?
That's your auto electrician, right?
He can't make sense of the codes? I'd go somewhere else
Even a dealer, might find they are cheaper in the long run
and they can usually make sense of error codes
