O.K I\'ll have a go

Better give me some outline of what exactly you want me to organize :dontknow:

ie accommodation? things to do? etc....
for the weekend or 1 night etc.......

Did you like staying at Bimmet Lodge last time, or do you want me to find something else??

I suppose it is still a fair way off to know for sure, but give me some idea and I\'ll put my organizing hat on... :joker:

I met the wife of the Rickshaw Club director at COTM (she has a white PT)
and she is really nice, so I think she will help out with some favours if I contact her in regards to the day.

Jodie - just wait a few days first and see what the feedback to this is like. I\'m sure people would like to go up.

You wont need to organise anything too big. Sunday will be looked after with the show.

Saturday you probably dont need to do much as most people will only be arriving. Pretty sure teh Rickshaws put something on for Saturday night.

I think we would only want Saturday night and that\'s were we ran into problems last year, especially if we didn\'t want to stay at Newcastle.

With accom we dont need anything that special, but somewheer with family rooms is necessary and would be good if they had a communial/ bbq area were we could congregate and have dinner. Probably just a BBQ on saturday night which is easy to organise.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, thinking seriously about it.

After the fun weekend I am sure we will have in Tamworth I think this would be awesome and I told Sally from ziggy\'s hot rods that i would love to see Newcastle and it would give us another excuse for beer & bourbon time.

Just can\'t get enough.

Would just have to organise things with the kids and school etc.
