What happened Sunday???

Sunday - Meeting at our usual spot, upon arrival ray and Gayle had arrived to join us for most of the day
Pauline and Chubby were running a little late and would catch up with us later
Leaving once again close to time Heading south once again towards Batemans bay.
Just before Batemans bay taking the Kings H/way inland to Braidwood
Once of the places I've heard about and wanted to visit
Arriving around 11am the temp must of dropped near 10 degrees on the way
Yes very cold. But still enthusiasm was there for a quick walk up and down the main street
Stopping for a shop in several Admiring the stained glass windows in the open Church
By now some hungry grumblings could be heard so let have a look for some where nice for lunch
OK so we walked past it twice before going in But it was worth it
Big lunch and warm heating, it was hard to leave, but we did.
Quick stop on our way out of town at the famous Braidwood Model car shop, Honestly I had........some....idea
Then back on the road next stop Nelligen.
Arriving at Nelligen and finding Chubby and Pauline had arrived and were waiting for us, as well as Ray & Gayle
A few photos of the attention getting PT's that had taken over the towns only Parking spaces and coffee shop
Several other rare attractions were also on hand when we arrived, two seals, frolicking under the bridge right near where we had parked
Then back into the PT's and continue back to Burrill Lake to prepare the final nights activities.

Sunday Night - BBQ dinner with everyone on the final night before those heading home Monday
Sharing the Barbie with neighbours meant a late start
Once everyone had eaten it was back inside for a few drinks and find out who the winners were
Once again there was a po ker run over the whole weekend starting Friday morning and finishing Sunday night
This years winners were Dennis & Jan.
Who had the best mask at the Masquerade party?????
Pauline, of course with her home made Rooster costume
Also this year again there was a treasure hunt with a twist
10 items to collect once again including the popular Hubcap
This year the were two items that stood out and they would decide who the winner/winners would be
Firstly my satisfaction item this year was not cans of Bourbon but did involved cans,
Spaghetti cans to be exact With everyone required to get one tin of Spaghetti, except two people, Chris & Anna
The reason? Anna won't allow or has ever had tinned Spaghetti in her house
So, Chris's item was 1 spoon and Anna's was 1 can opener
and Eight tins of Spaghetti was presented to Anna.........I really enjoyed that
The tenth item was a clue revealed when all other 9 items were presented.
The clue lead to the putt-putt golf course and a Club sticker hidden which had to be photographed for confirmation
Once the photograph was sighted on Sunday night you got too choose one of 10 keys
Two other items collected were to be the treasure in the locked box only one key would open
And This years lucky Winner Chris Jazowy and his prize.................. 8 X $2 scratchies and $16.00 worth of 5cent coins, yes the other two items.
Also there was a raffle with Anna getting first prize
Then there were shots of course and video's to watch before the end of another great weekend.
With the majority leaving Monday morning several stayed on for another day or two
More pics and the finish of the report of Monday and Tuesday to come

Sunday night BBQ

Trophy for best masquerade costume - Pauline "the Rooster"

Winners of this years Po ker run - Dennis & Jan

Treasure hunt winner - Chris

But I really loooove tinned Spaghetti

Trying out their keys from the treasure hunt

And we have a Winner?

$16.00 in 5 cent coins

8 x $2 scratchies

Yep we was thinking of you ROY

Time for some shots and movies
